Shipping Restrictions
Restrictions on Maileg Shipping
Due to state law, we can no longer ship select Maileg products to PA and OH as these states require the use of all-new materials in stuffed toys.
Restrictions on Jellycat Shipping
Due to state law, we can no longer ship select Jellycat products to MA, PA and OH as these states require the use of all-new materials in stuffed toys.
Restrictions to Banwood Shipping
We no longer ship Banwood products to AK and HI.
Dropship Items
Some large items or furniture may ship directly from the manufacturer. These items do not qualify for expedited shipping and may have additional processing time.
Shipments
We offer shipping within the United States (including Alaska & Hawaii) and Canada. Please note that we do not ship to U.S. territories or APO/FPO/DPO addresses at this time.
Orders placed before 2pm EST on Monday - Thursday & Friday before 12pm (Eastern Time), will begin processing that day and will ship within 1 – 3 business days pending availability and credit verification. Orders placed after 2pm eastern (Monday thru Thursday) will begin processing the next business day and will ship within 1 – 3 business days. (If your order is placed on Friday after 12pm Eastern Time, it will begin processing on the following Monday.) Delivery time does not include weekends or holidays. Little does not offer combined shipping at this time.
Orders weighing more than 15 lbs, orders requiring oversize packaging, and/or orders exceeding $1,000 in value may be subject to additional shipping charges. Little will contact you via email if your package is oversized and/or requires additional shipping costs.
Little will contact you with a follow-up email if the merchandise you’ve selected is not currently in stock or if we need additional identification provided for credit verification.
Orders shipped to the US via standard shipping can take 5 – 7 business days. Please keep in mind some locations in Alaska and Hawaii require additional transit time.
We are not responsible for lost, stolen, or damaged packages or packages delayed by USPS or UPS. Little does not insure packages unless requested by the customer (additional fee will be added).
For orders going to Canada, our only shipping method at this time is standard shipping via USPS Priority Mail International. Expedited shipping is not available. Customers are responsible for all customs and duties.
