  • How soon will my items ship?

    Orders placed before 2pm EST on Monday - Thursday & Friday before 12pm EST, will begin processing that day and will ship within 1 – 3 business days pending availability and credit verification. Orders placed after 2pm EST (Monday thru Thursday) will begin processing the next business day and will ship within 1 – 3 business days. (If your order is placed on Friday after 12pm EST, it will begin processing on the following Monday.) Delivery time does not include weekends or holidays. Little does not offer combined shipping at this time.

    Little will contact you with a follow-up email if the merchandise you’ve selected is not currently in stock or if we need additional identification provided for credit verification.

  • What are the shipping options?

    We currently offer flat rate, Standard shipping at checkout and calculated expedited rates. If your order is over $125, shipping is free!

  • Do you offer expedited shipping?

    Yes, expedited shipping options are available at checkout for domestic, U.S. orders. Please keep in mind processing times and that orders do not ship on weekends.

  • How do I check on the status of an order?

    You can check your order status by visiting your order confirmation email or logging into your account and checking your order status there!

  • How do I make a return?

    You can get your return started in our Returns Portal. All returns must be authorized through the Returns Portal.

  • Why are items not catalogued by gender?

    We believe that kids are kids and that all clothes are for all kids, regardless of gender.
